Staff
Discover Countryside Child Care Center Child Care
Lead Teachers must have completed or show continued progress towards completion of a Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Assistant Teachers must have a high school diploma or GED.
In addition, all employees must complete to an FBI Background Check, drug test and CPS records check.
All staff are certified in CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens annually and First Aid (biannually).
Staff receive a minimum of 20 continued in-service training hours each year specific to their age group that includes but not limited to CACFP training, Fire & Safety, Child Abuse Awareness, Child Development, Health, Nutrition, Indiana Foundations, Inclusion, Infant & Toddler, Curriculum and Dramatic Play.
The staff are warm and loving individuals that encourage and assist all children to achieve their full potential.
